On November 7, MRT reported that a Barcelona fan was arrested for causing a bus fire in Bruges, and two others were investigated for carrying fireworks.

A Barcelona fan has been arrested by police for causing a bus fire in Bruges. Meanwhile, two other fans carrying fireworks are under investigation by Belgian authorities. A bus carrying some Barcelona fans caught fire ahead of a Champions League match between Club Brugge and Barcelona. The reason was that one of the fans lit fireworks in the car. As a result, Belgian authorities canceled a planned bus service from the stadium to the city center for visiting fans.

According to FC Barcelona sources, the arsonist is a former club member who is now a member of the fans association. In addition, police confiscated fireworks from two other Barcelona fans at the stadium entrance and inside the venue. The club is awaiting confirmation of the identity of these individuals to determine whether they are members and will take appropriate action.

During the game, in the area where Barcelona fans were, some fans lit fireworks, causing smoke to fill the air. Some fans required medical first aid, and one of them even required cardiopulmonary resuscitation. FC Barcelona are aware that once the match report is reviewed, they will be punished by UEFA again.
