October 25th In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, Amorim talked about his feelings about coaching Manchester United for one year and the changes that coaching this team has brought to him.

It’s almost been a year since you coached Manchester United. You have survived so many difficulties during this period. Are you satisfied with yourself?

"I have a lot of support, from the board to the players, the whole club is working hard every day to change the status quo, we want to change a lot of things, there is still a lot of work to be done. I have also grown a lot, I have enjoyed my time here, I don’t think any other club can give me the strength to fight for opportunities like here. I try to live every day, the world is changing rapidly, and I have to work hard every day to keep my chances. But this is actually a good thing, because this is life. If life is always smooth or always difficult, it is not a real life. I like life here."

On how coaching Manchester United changed my life

"The circles I come in contact with are completely different, but my living habits have basically remained the same. I live a simple life, but this job really changed my life when I stood at Old Trafford. In the locker room, when I saw the photos of 23 head coaches hanging on the wall, I knew how important the responsibility I shouldered was. This was an honor for me, and it made me even more eager to succeed. So I don't want to leave Manchester United without winning anything and that means a lot to me. "

"My life has been completely different since becoming Manchester United manager, and of course, I'm talking about the positive aspects. Some of the changes are good and some may not be so good, but I still feel very lucky that even though I'm not as free as I used to be, I'm doing okay now. No matter what happens, the fans here will support me and I can live quite well here. And I've fallen in love with this country, that's what I've felt over the course of the year, and overall the changes in my life have been mostly positive. "

You seem to have gone through a long October. Did you feel uncomfortable at some stage?

"First of all, I understand what you're saying, everything changed within a month. That interview with the boss really calmed things down, but I'm not afraid of losing my job at all. My biggest fear is not losing the game, but the pain of not being able to win the game. That's the only thing I focus on, not what other people think. Of course, I also hope that everyone can like my football and praise me as the best coach, but this will not change my mood of wanting to win the game. If I can win, I will be very happy."

Talk about Manchester United's reconstruction progress

"It's difficult to say exactly how long this process will take, and I can't estimate how long it will take. What I can say is that I will always put the interests of the club first and will not sacrifice the interests of the club to protect myself. I think I've proven that over the past year and that's something I can promise every Manchester United fan that the interests of the club will always come first, whether it's my job or the job of others, the most important thing is to help Manchester United get back into contention. When I say trophies I mean winning the Premier League and the Champions League and I will do everything I can to help the club get back to that position. As for whether I will be here to witness the ultimate success, I don't know, and that is not the focus of my concern. In short, I will go all out to help the club return to the top. "
