UEFA official: Bosnia and Herzegovina referee Irfan Perto will enforce the 2025 European Cup final

May 12th News Today, UEFA announced the list of referees for the UEFA Cup final on its official website. Referee Irfan Perto from Bosnia and Herzegovina will enforce the 2025 European Cup final.

The final will be held at the Wroclaw Stadium in Wroclaw, Poland, against Real Betis and Chelsea, and the match will be kicked off at 9pm (Central European Time) on Wednesday, May 28.

Perto will be assistant referees with fellow compatriots Senard Ibris Begovic and Daval Bercho. Perto, 40, has been an international referee since 2015, which will be his first enforcement of the finals of a UEFA club event. This season, he has enforced seven Champions League games, including the first leg of the quarter-finals between Arsenal and Real Madrid and four Europa League games.
