Inter Milan signs Brazilian winger Luis Enrique before the start of the Club World Cup
Inter Milan officially announced on Saturday that it would sign Brazilian winger Luis Henrique from Marseille, adding new recruits to strengthen the team's lineup before the start of the Club World Cup.
Inter Milan, runner-up in Serie A and Champions League, announced that Luis Henrique will join: "New player Luis Henrique will join the Inter Milan family, welcome Luis." It is reported that 23-year-old Luis Henrique joined Marseille in 2020, scoring 11 goals in 108 games for the Ligue 1 team. He was loaned to the Brazilian team Botafogo (Bodihuagao) in 2022. He returned to Marseille in January last year, contributing 7 goals and 8 assists for Marseille in the past season.
According to Italian media, the transfer fee for Luis Henrique to join Inter Milan is 23 million euros. Earlier, Inter Milan had signed Croatian midfielder Petar Sucic from Dynamo Zagreb, with a transfer fee of 14 million euros. Inter Milan will be ranked in Group E in the Club World Cup, which will be played next week, with opponents in the same group being River Plate, Monterrey and Urawa Red Diamonds.
