Real Madrid opens doors for legendary veterans to return to coaching in the future

According to Spanish media Defensa Central, Modric has left Real Madrid as a player, but the club made it clear that his journey at the Bernabeu may not be over yet, and Lafayette welcomes the Croatian midfielder to return to serve as coaching in the future.

This summer, Modric ended his more than a decade-long career in Real Madrid and signed with AC Milan. As the most honored player in the club's history, the Croatians held up a total of 28 trophys wearing white jerseys.

Lafa publicly responded that if the Croatians decide to go this path, Real Madrid will be very honored to invite him back to work as a coach from the academy camp.

This will go the same path as other legends in the club's history, including Raul, Guti, Zidane, Alberoa's current first-team coach Alonso. They all lay a solid foundation at Real Madrid youth training camp before taking on bigger roles.
