May 30 According to "Mann Evening", McCarty is expected to leave Manchester City this summer, and many Bundesliga clubs are interested in signing him.

Although Guardiola hopes McCarthy can join the team in the Club World Cup, Manchester City allows him to represent England in this summer's U21 European Championship. Manchester City Chairman Mubarak said this week that he hopes to complete the formation of a new team lineup as much as possible before the Club World Cup, and regards the summer event as the beginning of the new season. Allowing McCarthy not to participate in the event gave the green light to many clubs interested in him, which hoped to sign the £25 million midfielder.

Last season, Guardiola persuaded McCarty to stay at the Etihad Stadium and rejected a £30 million offer and a loan request. Still, only four players have scored more than McCarthy's seven goals throughout the season.

However, Guardiola admits that McCarthy should be used more when the team is not performing well in the winter. Even so, Guardiola did not put him on the roster in the last three games of the season (including the FA Cup final). Although Guardiola often highly praised McCarthy, this did not translate into enough playing time.

England U21 coach Lee Casley asked McCarthy to be able to participate this summer, and Manchester City's decision is actually to welcome his offer. Leverkusen tried to bring in McCarthy in January but was rejected.

Alonso has left office, Tenhamher discussed the possibility of signing McCarthy when coaching Manchester United. Frankfurt, Dortmund, Leipzig and Stuttgart also showed interest in him.

McCarty is considered very eager to move to the Bundesliga because he sees many similar players performing well there and have the opportunity to compete in the Champions League. De Bruyne, Bellingham, Gittens and Sancho all achieved success in the Bundesliga.
