On May 10th, Beijing Guoan Youth Training released a video of Yu Dabao encouraging players in the locker room before the game.
Yu Dabao said: "No matter whether you win or lose, I am here. Let go of the game and be brave. Any result is OK. Just show what you trained. Come on!"
Yu Dabao is currently the head coach of Guoan U17. He announced his retirement at the end of last year. In January this year, Beijing Guoan officially announced that Yu Dabao officially became the head coach of the U17 echelon of Guoan Youth Training College.
