The budget and final accounts received 92 votes in favor, no objection or abstention. Among them, audio-visual copyright revenue was 117.6 million euros and sponsorship revenue was 78 million euros, accounting for almost half of the total budget. In addition, the national team results brought in 41.8 million euros in revenue, and the competition organization brought in 21 million euros in revenue. RFEF said its financial situation was "stable and strong", achieving a profit of 4 million euros, with liquidity of 48 million euros and its own funds close to 123 million euros, the data was released by financial director Eduardo Banderes. In terms of expenditure, the total amount was 403.3 million euros, 11 million euros more than expected, mainly due to the European Cup bonus and related expenses. Specifically, it includes 185.1 million euros for sports activities, 124 million euros for management, 84 million euros for high-level competitions, 2 million euros for training, and 8.1 million euros for unplanned expenditures.

In addition, RFEF decided to buy an office building in Las Rosas, Madrid for 14.8 million euros and will undergo a large-scale renovation of some of the facilities in Football City, costing 10 million euros, with funds coming from FIFA and UEFA. RFEF also plans to sell the property located on the Mateo Inurria Street in Madrid, which has been the headquarters of the society since 2021 and has purchased a building in the city center for use in the museum, which is currently located in Football City. RFEF management informed all members of the plans at a conference in Las Rosas on Monday, chaired by Chairman Raphael Luzan. The highest management agency unanimously approved the plan to purchase the office building, and the Player Mutual Aid Association and the Novanet digital platform are expected to enter the office building.

The other three items are still waiting for specific details to be determined so that they can be submitted to the General Assembly for approval. This four-story new building has been renovated in 2022 and has an area of ​​7,600 square meters, not far from the Sports City. Currently, four rental companies are interested in continuing to rent. As the existing football city facilities cannot be expanded, the Spanish Football Association believes that purchasing a new office building is a "realistic and urgent need" to solve the problem of insufficient space and concentrate current scattered services.

Chairman Raphael Luzan explained that some sports facilities will be transformed due to their "bad" condition or modernized for greater sustainability and versatility. The renovation, which costs about €10 million, will be funded by FIFA and UEFA, starts with the venue where the Technical Referees Committee (CTA), which is also the training ground for the indoor football national team.

The Spanish Football Association has commissioned ten consulting companies to design a master plan to clarify specific transformation measures. Regarding the headquarters of Mateo Inuria, the only property currently owned by the Spanish Football Association (Football City is a heritage franchise), Luzan said it needs to be sold because it is idle and no longer meets the needs, including finding a new location for the museum. The transaction is expected to be conducted through a public auction to ensure transparency. The last project was to buy a building in the center of Madrid as a new site for the museum to attract more tourists.

In addition, an agency representative area and FIFA temporary office will be established to prepare for the 2030 World Cup jointly organized by Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Luzan stressed that all real estate transactions will be conducted "absolutely transparent" to eliminate any doubts.
