23 people entered the sales list, only two were listed as "non-sale products"! Chelsea s reconstruction plan was exposed

According to the BBC, in the upcoming summer transfer window, Chelsea only listed Cole Palmer and Moises Kessetdo as "not for sale" players, and the rest of the players may leave the team if they receive appropriate offers. The Blues have experienced a roller coaster season this season—the start is impressive, but the recent record has fluctuated.

Amid the ups and downs of the season, Palmer and Kessetdo became prominent highlights of Chelsea. Although Palmer's form has declined since the beginning of the year, the English star contributed many highlights in the first half of the season; similarly, Kessedo continued to sit firmly at the core of the midfield, becoming the cornerstone of the team's offensive and defensive transformation.

As the season progresses, Chelsea has made transfer rumors with players from multiple positions. They had been chasing Victor Osmaine last summer but reportedly failed due to over-heavy player salary requirements. In the past two seasons, the Blues have invested heavily in signing but failed to meet expectations. Inefficiency on the offensive end has become a stubborn problem. Last season, many players have been sent away and some of the lineups are loaned out. Last month, it was reported that Chelsea planned to sell up to 23 first-team players to raise funds for reconstruction this summer. But the BBC pointed out that even though there are rumors that Kesedo received an invitation from the Saudi team, he and Palmer are still regarded as "not selling products" and the rest of the players can bargain. Among them, Kesedo is the second most expensive signing in the Blues' history (116 million euros), while Palmer joined for 47 million euros.

It is reported that after Bournemouth defender Dean Huyson was intercepted by Real Madrid, Chelsea turned their attention to Benfica defender Thomas Araujo again. The Blues are eager to strengthen the defense line. Huisen was originally the primary goal, but Real Madrid recently completed the player's transfer.

According to Chelsea News, the giants in western London are considering quoting 50 million to 55 million euros for the Portuguese defender, although their contract includes 80 million euros termination clauses (the contract is 2029). It is not clear whether the two sides can reach an agreement on the transfer fee. Arauyo is known for his versatility on the court. He is capable of playing in the center back and right midfielder.
