AFC Champions League Elite League Team: Kobe Victory Ship (2024 J1 League Champion), Hiroshima Sanarak (2024 Tournament Season J1 League runner-up), Machida Zevia (2024 J1 League third place)

AFC Champions League second-tier team: Osaka Gamba (2024 J1 League hall)

Note: The 2025/26 AFC Champions League second-tier league was originally scheduled to be the 104th Emperor Cup champion, but since Kobe Victory Ship won the championship and the team has qualified for the AFC elite league, it was decided to replace the competition by the J1 League last season.
