Mickael Pietrus, Michael Pietrus, 6-foot-6 (198cm), plays as a small forward (SF)/scoreback (SG). He was born in February 1982 in Lesabime, France, in the overseas province of Guadeloupe, France, was selected by the Golden State Warriors with the 11th pick in the first round in the 2003 NBA draft and has since entered the NBA.

In his ten-year NBA career, Michael Pitrus has played for five teams, namely the Warriors (2003-2008), Magic (2008-2010.12), Suns (2010.12-2011.12), Celtics (2011.12-2012), and Raptors (2012-2013). In the regular season, he played 557 games, including 172 starts, averaging 21.5 minutes per game, scoring 8.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.4 blocks. He played 69 games in the playoffs, starting in one of them, averaging 21.7 minutes per game, scoring 7.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 0.5 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.5 blocks.

Michael Pitrus has excellent physical fitness, strong explosiveness, a considerable outside range, and has relatively stable three-point shooting ability. His career three-point shooting percentage is more than 35%. He has scored 8 three-pointers in a single game. He can also cut into the basket and finish.
