June 19 According to previous reports, the Bass family is about to reach an agreement with Mark Walter, CEO and chairman of TWG Global, to sell most of the Lakers' equity, with a transaction valuation of about $10 billion.

According to follow-up reports by Lakers reporter Dan Woike, since Jerry Bass passed away in 2013, the ownership of the Lakers has been transferred to the Bass Family Trust, with Jenny Bass serving as the team's management representative. Due to the arrangement of the trust structure, most of the six children of Bass of the elderly agreed to promote the sale.

It is reported that Jenny Buss will continue to serve as the Lakers' administrator. According to league rules, the holding representatives attending the league meeting must hold at least 15% of the team's shares.
